Seen below is the final dimensions for the wheel hub and the printed version of the whole item. I did a 8 minute print for the hub to test. I had it to small and adjusted to fit. When I tried to put it on the output shaft of the stepper motor, it got stuck halfway on. I also inserted a tightening screw to fasten the hub to the output shaft, and also seen below.
