To create the bracket, I went on Onshape, started on the front plan in the first quadrant, and sketched an &#8220;L&#8221; shape.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-498\" src=\"https:\/\/portfolio.wcu.edu\/dkmcqueen1\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1755\/2023\/03\/Screenshot_20230225_041026-300x213.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"213\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then I started making the dimensions (25 mm long and 2 mm depth) and extruded the &#8220;L&#8221; shape to make it a bracket (50 mm symmetrical).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-499\" src=\"https:\/\/portfolio.wcu.edu\/dkmcqueen1\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1755\/2023\/03\/Screenshot_20230225_041125-300x224.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, it was time to create the five holes using the sketch and hole tools. The big hole has a diameter of 9mm and is 15 mm from the top, and the smaller holes have a diameter of 4 mm and are 7 mm from their closest edge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-500\" src=\"https:\/\/portfolio.wcu.edu\/dkmcqueen1\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1755\/2023\/03\/Screenshot_20230225_041257-300x211.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"211\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lastly, I rounded all the sharp edges so that it won&#8217;t be so sharp and cut anyone when made. I used this page as a reference<a href=\"https:\/\/cookierobotics.com\/042\/\"> link<\/a> to complete the holes&#8217; dimensions and the bracket&#8217;s size.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-501\" src=\"https:\/\/portfolio.wcu.edu\/dkmcqueen1\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1755\/2023\/03\/Screenshot_20230225_041346-300x232.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And I used PrusaSlicer, which went to a Prusa MINI 3D printer using blue Prusament PLA.
