A servo motor normally operates between 0 and 180 degrees, when modified, the servo can spin a full 360 degrees. An ultrasonic sensor functions similarly to echolocation. The sensor sends out high frequency noises, too high to be heard by humans, and detects the noise as it bounces back to the sensor.
