Hubs
In total I printed three iterations of the Motor Hub. I made the hole too small for the shaft to fit into hub for the first two iterations, so that is what I changed. The dimensions are as followed:
1st iteration – Hole: 2.99mm x 2.5mm
2nd iteration – Hole: 3mm x 2.6mm
Final iteration – Hole: 3.1mm x 2.6mm
You may be thinking, “but they all look the same?”. My answer to that is yes, yes they do. It was a nightmare to keep them separated. With minute differences that aren’t easily differentiable, I put labeled duct tape on them to keep them separated. It was also a nightmare to take a picture of them because of their size. I opted to take a top view picture, and use a thin wire to demonstrate the presence of a screw hole.
Wheel
The Wheel was 100 mm in diameter and is 5 mm thick. It is pictured below:
