I am a recent graduate of Western Carolina University, with a degree in communication, a concentration in public relations and a minor in marketing. I have a passion for building relationships and helping people better themselves. Through being involved in the community and serving in leadership positions with students and children at The Bridge Church and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, I have developed a strong ability to communicate, speak publicly and manage my time effectively. I aspire to build mutual beneficially relationships in the professional realm in order to help better educate and provide clear information to the community.
In my free time, you can find me hiking or chasing a sunset. There is something so calming and peaceful about being in nature. It allows me to clear my head, slow down and focus on the important things in life. I have also recently found a love in reading. This is not only a hobby of mine, but also an outlet to broaden my perspective of the world around me.
Throughout my time at Western, I have learned to love this community. Bridge Church has allowed me to serve in areas and with people http would usually be outside of my comfort zone. They have shown me how to truly care for others, while meeting an array of needs throughout this campus. These relationships I built while here helped shape who I am today and shed light on the passions I have. Western Carolina University has been much more than a college to me, it has been a home.
