The wheel needed to move the Firefighting Arduino Capstone Project, was 3D printed using a Prusa Mini with generic plastic as the filament and set the print settings to 0.15mm QUALITY. I first designed the hub of the wheel for the stepper motor to fit in. Then, I build off of the hub design and made the wheel. To account for the tolerance of the 3D printer, I cut the hub into a small ‘coin’ about 2 mm tall. Once I found the correct measurements for the hub I printed the wheel.
